Our vision is of a community that welcomes and values the participation and contribution of all its citizens, including those who live with disabilities.

Our mission is to enhance personal choice and community participation for persons living with disabilities through advocacy support.

How we are organized



We are a charitable organization registered under the laws of the Province of Ontario and are a member agency of United Way/Centraide of Ottawa. We have a volunteer Board of Directors, whose members chair various active committees.

The Board itself includes representatives of the people we serve.

Our small staff team is led by an Executive Director.
